LCV’s corporate Coaching and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) programs are available in both Vietnamese and English. Our expert team is internationally certified in Coaching and EQ training, with programs designed to meet global standards while being tailored to the Vietnamese cultural and business context. Several trainers have extensive experience working and training with multinational corporations and international organizations. In addition, interpretation support can be provided upon request.

Programs accompanying Coaches are most commonly delivered in person. Training programs with workshop components are offered in three formats: on-site, online, and hybrid (a combination of both).

A LCV international-standard corporate training class is designed for 24 participants, accompanied by 4 experts (1 trainer and 3 coaches). Depending on organizational needs and circumstances, the number of participants and experts can be adjusted. However, LCV always ensures the optimal participant-to-expert ratio to guarantee a highly personalized and effective learning and practice experience.
